Hello,

I just wanted to pass along some high regards we received with reference to your coffee. :) We have friends in Ireland and send them gifts often. This year we sent them 2 lbs of your coffee. Amongst the e-mail we received I copied some potions to share with you...

Our friend wrote >"...followed by an excellent American coffee from a company called 'Cobblestone' who import the coffee bean in the green and roast it themselves; Chesapeake Sun was particularly delicious, better than any coffee I have had previously. If I lived closer to their shop I could become seriously addicted."

I thought to pass this on to you. People often pass along complaints so sometimes it is nice to recieve the compliments s well. :)

Hey Dave,

I just thought I would relate the following story to you.

The other day a group of friends and I went to a fancy Italian restaurant in downtown Baltimore. After dinner was finished, we ordered dessert and coffee.

Let me stop the story there and explain, about half of the party had tasted your coffee in the past (thanks to me of course), and the other half had not.

When the coffee arrived at the restaurant, the half of the party that was familiar with the Cobblestone brand thought that the fancy restaurant coffee tasted good but was not remarkable nor the best we had ever had. The only disagreement we had was which one of your coffees was the best.

The half that had not tasted Cobblestone thought that this Italian fancy coffee was the best that they had ever had and would not stop talking about it. Using those friends that were not accustomed to Cobblestone as a control, I would have to say that your coffee hands down, is better than the fancy brands that probably cost the restaurant twice as much.

I invited them to come back and try some of my Cobblestone, unfortunately, they could not that night, maybe another night.

It actually has a wonderful bouquet, just like a good Chilean wine, the taste is sensational and not too strong , as I thought it may be due to it's name. I am convinced that your product will certainly succeed by the quality alone. The coffee... is the best coffee I've ever had in my life! (in the US). In Europe, they do something else magical with coffee, but in the US, this is clearly the best! My huge thanks to you for this discovery! It ranks with my discovery of Chardonnay, massages, and fresh grapefruit juice, all of which have greatly enhanced my life, as will this!

I received the coffee you sent me yesterday and roasted up some of the Guatemala Antigua. The Guatemala coffee from your supply was much more flavorful than any I've tried from other Internet suppliers. I am looking forward to trying your Jamaican Blue Mtn.

You have restored my faith in truthful representation of products on the Internet. I am very pleased with the quality of your product.

You should mention on your net site that you will also ship green coffee beans if so desired. I am a beginner at this but I can say that the green beans that I received from you are noticeably higher in quality than several other speciality green coffee suppliers that I have tried. I look forward to doing business with you again and I will refer my friends to you..

I've never smelled such fresh coffee. The bouquet after I ground it was even more delightful...more complex than most red wines. Have you considered marketing this for aromatherapy??? I suspect more people would take up meditation if they caught a whiff of this coffee...they'd certainly smile more! ...It certainly stands up to the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Thank you for sharing your talents with the world at large!

...I also wanat to thank you for your speedy provision of the Yirgacheffe that I wanted so badly and which will provide lots of warm aromatic cheer for me and my circle this Christmas. I usually don't say anything when friends visit and I serve coffee. I just make it and let them drink. At the Blues Archive, we have to pull late night sessions mixing down our heavy hits, and then return to the day jobs to replace the snapped
drum sticks and broken guitar strings. Whether we're up late mixing or up early commuting, a cup of Cobblestone is always nearby. Most excellent!

I'm about half way finished my first pound of Cobblestone coffee, Brazil Cerrado.

I must say, as a fan of fresh coffee house coffee for years, this roast has opened my eyes to a new clean and crisp taste.

Compared to Cobblestone, The Starbucks blends now all taste burnt.

I'm not sure if it's your attention to detail, or small batch roasting, whatever it is, I plan to enjoy your specialty coffee roasts for years to come.

We got our coffee... Thank you so much!

Our mailman delivered the coffee. He was driving in his truck today, doing his route, and he kept wondering where this wonderful coffee aroma was coming from. He finally figured out it was coming from somewhere in his truck. When he got to our mail and got our package out, he thought, "There it is!" He came to our doorstep, and asked, "Is this coffee in here? It smells so good! I'm a bigtime coffee drinker, and this smells great!"

I didn't miss a beat. I asked him if he wanted some. At first he politely refused, but [J] and I offered again, and he said "Okay." I told him about Cobblestone Coffee and sent him off with about a 1/4 pound of Ethiopian Yirg in a baggie. The mailman walked off sniffing the baggie halfway to his truck!

The aroma of fresh roasted coffee is going to have your coffee selling itself. The aroma immediately filled our kitchen and wafted into the living room as soon as I cut open the bag. There is no comparison to the freshness of this coffee.

This is definitely the good stuff. I think you've got a winner!
