Our Espresso blends are truly masterpeices in their own right, as each coffee used in each blend is roasted separately to it's own perfection, and the blend comes together post roast to become the jewels in Cobblestone Coffee's crown. Enjoy the true art of roasting and blending coffees, the best of the best of coffee experiences, true euphoria in the form of a pound of our Espresso.
We have two blends to choose from at the moment; these blends are intended to be brewed using an Espresso machine, for pulling 1.5 ounce shots of liquid euphoria in about thirty seconds. Proper extraction will provide you with a brilliant golden red crema flowing out of your portafilter, resulting an about half of your shot glass being crema on the top, and liquid brilliance on the bottom.
