This Brazilian dry processed and double picked coffee is Water Process decafeinated, and roasted just shy of French. It's our darkest decaf, and it ranks a 6.5-7.0 on our 10 point strengh meter scale. If you like dark decafs, this one is yours. Our Colombian Decaf is Medium roasted and will be smoother in your cup than this beauty. All of our decaf coffees are Water Processed, and are NOT chemically treated. Water Process coffees are a much higher quality, much better tasting decaf that your avaerage decaf out on the market today, especially found in big corporate coffee shops. We choose our decafs based on taste and quality, not on price or availability. Water Processed decafs are the highest quality decafs on the market today, yet it still does not compare to a non extracted coffee. Extraction methods are getting better, but the quality of the coffee still suffers from the process.
